Product Warranty
WARRANTY COVERAGE
Thank you for purchasing product from ONERIDE Official Store. We want you to enjoy this product without any problems. However, in the unlikely event that it malfunction during NORMAL USAGE, we will either repair or replace the parts affected during the product’s limited 1 year warranty period.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear / misuse or neglect / improper maintenance / alterations, unauthorized repairs.
- Wear & Tear: Scratch, Crack, Faded, Loose Threads etc
- Misuse: Accidental Falls / Overcharging / Expose Extreme Temperature
- Neglect:
- Ignoring Manufacturer’s Maintenance Instructions; – Not following the manufacturer’s guidelines for battery maintenance, such as periodic charging cycles.
- Long Period Discharge State; – Leaving battery in a discharged state for > 3 months causing it no longer able to recharged / dead state
BATTERY MAINTENANCES
If you do not use the jump starters regularly, make sure to charge at least every 2 months to ensure the battery is not left in a discharged state for extended periods.
- Failure to follow manufacturer guideline for battery maintenance cycle resulting battery not able to recharged is a neglection under warranty policy.
GENERAL
In the event of any dispute, the Company reserves the right to make the final decision and may cancel or disqualify the order.
By participating in this warranty, the Customer fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the Company’s terms and conditions.
