How do I placed an order?
The ordering process consists of the following steps:
a. Add the products you want to purchase to your cart;
b. Select your delivery method and enter the delivery address;
c. Enter your billing address together with the payment information;
d. You will be asked to accept the Terms and Conditions;
e. Before you submit your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selection and check the total price of your order.
What are the payment options available?
a. VISA / MASTERCARD / AMERICAN EXPRESS (Debit or Credit Card)
b. FPX Online Bank Transfer
We use iPay88 to manage our transactions. iPay88 features data encryption and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) allow you to checkout safety, quickly and easily.
How to check my order is successful?
Once an order is successfully submitted you will receive a confirmation email with an official invoice. If you don’t receive an email, please contact our Customer Service Team. Please be sure to check your junk mail folder first.
How can I track the status of my order?
We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped.
NOTE: Sometimes the tracking number is not working yet because your order has just been shipped.
Try to check again in 24 hours and the information should be available.
What if I'm not home to receive the order?
If you’re not at home during delivery, courier service will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your parcel. This card/notification generally means that your parcel is waiting for you at the nearby post office. You will need to present this card to the post office when you pick up your parcel, together with photo identification. Please try and arrange pick-up as soon as possible as some post offices will only keep your parcel for a short period of time before they return it back to us.
How can I cancel my order ?
Since the turnaround time on packages are so fast, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend messaging us immediately on facebook messenger ONERIDE Malaysia upon realising that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need. However, if orders are processed by our warehouse team, then unfortunately, we will not be able to amend the said order.
